1) How long can I expect it to take to find the right property?
There are lots of properties available in the Dallas and Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate market, and we'll help you find the right one quickly if need be. But a hurried time frame limits your negotiating power. It's best to contact us as much as a year before you are ready to move or renegotiate your lease. The longer time frame gives us time to thoroughly investigate the market and arrange the best possible deal for you.
2) How are you compensated?
Typically, brokerage fees are paid by the landlord. Every leasing agreement contains a brokerage fee. Landlords use a leasing broker to negotiate the best deal but some tenants do not. In that case, the landlord's broker gets the entire fee. If the tenant is savvy enough to hire his own broker, the fee is split between the two brokers.
