(Central Expressway) Bill will be focusing on the Central Expressway corridor and can assist clients with their space needs, as well as their telecommunication and power needs through partnerships with experienced consultants and brokers.

A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1980, Bill has spent much of his career focusing on technology and telecommunications. In 1983 Bill founded a computer sales and consulting business in Nacogdoches, Texas, helping his clients integrate new technology to improve their effectiveness and facilitate the expansion of their businesses. A move to Dallas allowed Bill to represent Apple Computer in markets across much of Texas.

As the Internet was beginning to be seen as an indispensible business tool, Bill joined OnRamp Technologies, an Internet start-up that ultimately became Verio, a national Internet Service Provider. For the last 9 years he has been with AT&T, working with businesses ranging in size from Fortune 500 accounts with international footprints to single-location companies.

Building business relationships with his clients has allowed him a greater understanding of the inner workings of businesses from small start-ups to large international corporations. That business background, combined with Bill’s passion to see businesses excel is what has brought him back to real estate and Thomson Realty Group.

Bill is a graduate of Stephen F Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing. He is active in leadership at North Highlands Bible Church in Lake Highlands where he and his wife, Carin live with their 3 incredibly intelligent and attractive children.
