(Central Expressway) A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1980, Bill has a passion to help his clients grow and prosper. He does this is by negotiating better real estate deals and finding value in investment quality commercial real estate for his clients.

Bill focuses on the Central Expressway corridor and can assist clients with their space needs (office and data centers) throughout DFW. He has worked with businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to single-location and start-up companies. Building relationships with his clients has provided him a greater understanding of the needs and inner workings of businesses from start-ups to international corporations.

In addition to this diverse business experience, Bill uses his technology and telecommunications knowledge to improve his clients' effectiveness and facilitate the expansion of their businesses. Bill is a graduate of Stephen F Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing. He is active in leadership at North Highlands Bible Church in Lake Highlands where he and his wife, Carin, live with their 4 children.
