Josh focuses on the Uptown and Turtle Creek sub-markets. Josh's first exposure with commercial leasing was in 2004 when he signed a retail lease and started a small business (Thomson Realty Group was the broker). After operating the business for a few years, he sold it and transitioned into a property manager position with CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services. While working for CAPSTAR, he managed various commercial, retail, and datacenter properties for CBRE Investors, CalPERS, Commonfund, Digital Realty Trust, and Cannon Commercial.
During this time, he was integrally involved with leasing tours, building dispositions, tenant build outs, major capital improvements, lease administration, and tenant relationships. He knows the blessings or headaches that each of these can be for a tenant.
Josh clearly understands what a client’s expectations should be throughout the leasing process and will help to make the process as smooth as possible for his clients. He believes that getting a lease signed is only the first half of the relationship. Continued support of the client and their lease is a key element to Josh's business.
Josh received his degree from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and was a proud member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. He obtained his Texas real estate license in 2007, and has completed various real estate focused executive training courses and professional designation courses. Josh currently lives in the Lakewood area and is an active member at Watermark Community Church. |
