(North Dallas / Richardson / Plano) Rick specializes in commercial transactions in the North Dallas/Richardson/Plano submarkets, providing real estate solutions to his clients, including strategic facility planning, extensive market research analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management and relocation coordination.

Prior to joining Thomson Realty Group, Rick held various business development positions in industries such as residential mortgage services, corporate space planning, corporate furniture and relocation. He has worked with small/mid-sized firms as well as Fortune 1000 and higher education institutions. Some of his clients included Ikon Document Services, Marathon Oil, Resources Global Professionals and Rice University. With Rick’s combined knowledge of space planning, real estate financing and corporate relocation, he is well equipped to understand his client’s needs, identify solutions that fit their business needs and build long-lasting client relationships.

Rick attended the University of Oklahoma where he focused on Business Finance. He currently serves on the Board of the Lake Highlands YMCA. Rick is active in his church and in the Lake Highlands community, where he and his wife Cynde reside with their two children.
