Rick is a Commercial Real Estate Professional with over twenty-five years of development, leasing and sales experience. Resourceful at communicating terms and conditions with all parties to reach goals, finalize agreement, document and close. Efficient at using current market information to guide clients in Addison, West Plano, Frisco and Prosper through the decision-making process, saving time and money when leasing, buying or selling office, retail and industrial properties. Business strengths include evaluating client needs, growing relationships, sizing up competition, analyzing market options, team building and creating competitive situations for the client.

Prior to joining Thomson Realty Group, Rick was President of Marshall Partners, Inc. He provided real estate services to clients that lease, buy and sell commercial real estate. His personalized style of services included market research, data evaluation and analysis, strategic planning, creative marketing, transaction management analytical reporting.

Prior to starting Marshall Partners in 2003, Rick was a Senior Director at NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Dallas. He provided brokerage services to clients that lease, buy and sell office space in Dallas–Fort Worth. In 1998, Rick began working with Fischer & Company, a Dallas corporate services company. As Senior Broker, he provided corporate real estate services to Fortune 500 companies that lease, buy, sell and build office and office-distribution warehouses across the USA. He implemented transaction management services for initial needs assessments, market research evaluation, setting goals and objectives, touring properties, submitting requests for proposal, negotiations and project analysis.

Rick is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a BBA Degree in Advertising. He has also completed Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Courses in Investments and Taxation, Location and Marketing Analysis and Advanced Techniques in Marketing and Leasing. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in Texas and Oklahoma. He is an active member of Prestonwood Baptist Church North Campus, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the Prosper Chamber of Commerce. Rick and his wife Lori live in Prosper.
